Via the Office of Disability Services, all Keene State faculty, staff, and students have access to the document conversion and remediation service provided by Sensus Access. This enables faculty to facilitate inclusive access and universal design by allowing them to convert inaccessible course documents into formats that are accessible for students who use screen readers. It also allows students to convert accessible documents into audio or other formats that will best serve their learning needs. The service is available to everyone using a Keene State email address.
Learn more about how document conversion can help improve the accessibility of your course materials.
Use the form below to upload the file that you wish to convert. You must use your @keene.edu email address for this form to work. You will receive the converted file by email; the time it this takes depends on the complexity of the conversion, but it is generally completed within an hour or two, and often within minutes. More information about conversion options is available here. A video demonstration of how the service works is available below.

We have created a page with the SensusAccess form that you can add to any Canvas site to make it more accessible to your students. It is included in the KSC Canvas Course Templates. It is also available as a standalone page via Canvas Commons: Use this link to find it in Canvas Commons; you can find instructions on importing a resource into your course here.
